Privacy

Stichting Abunai! respects the privacy of its visitors. The organisation ensures that any personal information is treated as confidential. Personal data will be processed in accordance with the legal provisions such as the Algemene Verordening Gegevensbescherming (AVG). In light of this new privacy legislation, we have updated our Privacy Policy as of 2019.

Applicability

This privacy statement contains information about the applicability of personal data by the organisation and only concerns the use of personal data of visitors and/or the event. This privacy statement does not apply to website of third parties to which the organisation provides a hyperlink on its website or mailings. For this you will need to visit the privacy statement on the websites of the third parties concerned.

Which personal data is collected by Stichting Abunai!?

For the purchase of tickets for the event the visitor is required to create an account in the organisation’s ticket sale tool (hereafter referred to as: the webshop). In the webshop the visitor can be asked for personal data such as name and (e-mail) address. Besides tickets for the event other items can be purchased in the webshop, for example dinner vouchers. For these items the same procedure as for purchasing tickets applies.

Payment of purchased goods is handled through third parties (such as for example, but not limited to: Paypal, iDeal). We receive transaction data from these parties as confirmation of payment. This data is linked to the visitor’s account and will be visible to the visitor and the organisation from that moment on.

What is your personal data being used for?

The organisation mainly uses personaldata to carry out agreements with visitors to the best of its ability as well as for internal administration. More specifically the organisation can collect and use personal data:

  • For (digitally) sending tickets or goods which have been purchased from the organisation to the correct person;
  • To inform visitors, for example using a newsletter, about changes concerning tickets and/or concerts and events organised by the organisation;
  • For application and execution of legal obligations.

The data will not be used for other purposes except for those previously described. The organisation will not share visitor data with third parties without explicit permission from the visitor, unless this is necessary for carrying out the agreement with the visitor, for example for sending tickets, or improving products or services, or because of a legal obligation.

The organisation has the option to send newsletters by e-mail. Participation to this newsletter will start only after opting-in. At the bottom of every newsletter sent by the organisation you will find an option to unsubscribe from the newsletter. If you unsubscribe, you will no longer receive newsletters with information.

Any backups of stored data made by the organisation for optimal performance of its systems, will be solely used for restoring these systems after an outage.

Browsing data and click behavior

Browsing data collected by the organisation may be stored and used for statistical analysis and optimisation of the website. Browsing data will be anonymised as far as possible. Only anonymised data can be transmitted to third parties, such as Google Analytics.

Cookies and Google Analytics

The organisation reserves the right to, as most websites do, collect information by using “cookies” to make navigation on the website easier. Cookies are small parts of information (files) which a website stores on a computer. The website instructs the web browser used to view the website (for example Internet Explorer) to store these cookies on the computer. These cookies can be deactivated through the web browser’s settings.

The organisation uses Google Analytics to gain insight in how the website is used. This information, including IP address, is provided to Google solely for the purpose of using this service provided by Google. Through the website cookies from Google are stored for utilising Google Analytics. The organisation has no influence in any way on how information acquired this way is used by Google.

Social networks

Our website hosts buttons linked to social networks such as Twitter, Instagram, Youtube and Facebook. The social networks concerned can store cookies through use of these buttons. The social networks concerned are responsible for using and providing data which is collected in this manner. The privacy statements of the social networks concerned are applicable for this.

Storage

Currently personal data will be stored in our online registration system (webshop). This system is connected to an online host who is legally required to safeguard the data stored in its care against for example data leaks. The personal data will be stored indefinitely in the registration system, unless the visitor decides to delete this stored data.

Insight and correction

Visitors can use their account to gain insight in the (personal) data stored in the webshop and change these independently if needed. Deletion of data can be executed by the visitor through the webshop.

Alterations

The organisation reserves the right to make alterations to this privacy statement at any time. Visitors are advised to check the privacy policy for changes on a regular basis. In case of a significant change the organisation will inform its visitors of this.

Stichting Abunai! respecteert de privacy van haar bezoekers. De organisatie draagt er zorg voor dat de persoonlijke gegevens vertrouwelijk worden behandeld. Persoonlijke gegevens worden verwerkt in overeenstemming met de wettelijke bepalingen zoals de nieuwe Algemene Verordering Gegevensbescherming (AVG). In het licht van deze nieuwe privacywetgeving hebben wij ons Privacybeleid een update gegeven.

Toepasselijkheid

In dit privacy statement wordt informatie verstrekt over de verwerking van persoonsgegevens door de organisatie en heeft alleen betrekking op het gebruik van persoonsgegevens van bezoekers van de website en/of het evenement. Dit privacy statement is niet van toepassing op de websites van andere derden waarnaar de organisatie op de website haar mailings een hyperlink aanbiedt. Bezoek voor het privacybeleid van deze derden de betreffende websites.

Welke persoonsgegevens gebruikt Stichting Abunai!?

Voor de aanschaf van tickets voor het evenement is de bezoeker verplicht om een account aan te maken in de ticket verkoop tool van de organisatie (hierna te noemen: het registratiesysteem). In het registratiesysteem kan de bezoeker om persoonsgegevens zoals naam en (e-mail)adres worden gevraagd. Naast tickets voor het evenement kunnen in het registratiesysteem tevens overige producten worden aangeboden, zoals bijvoorbeeld dinnervouchers. Hiervoor geldt dezelfde procedure als voor de aanschaf van tickets.

Om het openstande bedrag voor de aanschaf van producten binnen het registatiesysteem te voldoen, heeft de bezoeker de mogelijkheid tot een transactie via zijn of haar bank. De gegevens van deze transactie worden gekoppeld aan de account van de bezoekers en zijn vanaf dat moment voor de bezoeker en de organisatie inzichtelijk.

Waar worden je persoonsgegevens voor gebruikt?

De organisatie gebruikt de gegevens in eerste instantie om de overeenkomsten met bezoekers zo goed mogelijk uit te kunnen voeren en voor de interne administratie. Meer specifiek kan de organisatie persoonsgegevens verzamelen en gebruiken:

  • Ten behoeve van het (digitaal) versturen van de bij de organisatie gekochte tickets of producten aan de juiste persoon;
  • Om bezoekers, bijvoorbeeld via een nieuwsbrief, te (laten) informeren over wijzigingen met betrekking tot tickets en/of over door de organisatie georganiseerde concerten en evenementen;
  • Voor het toepassen en uitvoeren van wettelijke verplichtingen.

De gegevens worden niet voor andere doeleinden gebruikt dan hetgeen hierboven omschreven. de organisatie zal niet zonder de uitdrukkelijke toestemming van de bezoeker gegevens aan derden verstrekken, tenzij dit noodzakelijk is om de overeenkomst met de bezoeker uit te kunnen voeren, bijvoorbeeld voor het verzenden van tickets, of het verbeteren van de diensten en producten, of tenzij zij hiertoe wettelijk verplicht is.
De organisatie heeft de mogelijkheid voor het versturen van nieuwsbrieven per e-mail. Deelname aan deze nieuwsbrief begint pas, zodra men zich hiervoor aanmeldt. Onderaan elke nieuwsbrief die je van de organisatie ontvangt, heb je de mogelijkheid om je daarvoor af te melden. Als je je afmeldt, zul je geen nieuwsbrieven met informatie meer ontvangen.

Eventuele backups van de opgeslagen gegevens die gemaakt worden door de organisatie ten behoeve van het optimaal functioneren van de systemen, worden uitsluitend gebruikt voor het herstellen van de systemen bij een storing.

Surfgegevens en klikgedrag

Surfgegevens die de organisatie verzamelt kunnen worden opgeslagen en gebruikt om het bezoek aan en gebruik van de website statistisch te analyseren en te optimaliseren. Surfgegevens worden (voor zover mogelijk) geanonimiseerd. Alleen geanonimiseerde gegevens kunnen worden doorgegeven aan derden, zoals Google Analytics.

Cookies en Google Analytics

De organisatie behoudt zich het recht voor om, net als de meeste websites, informatie te vergaren door gebruik te maken van zogenaamde “cookies” om het navigeren in de website te vergemakkelijken. Cookies zijn kleine stukjes informatie (bestandjes) die een website op een computer achterlaat. De website instrueert de webbrowser waarmee de website bekeken wordt (bijvoorbeeld Internet Explorer) om deze cookies op de computer op te slaan. Via de instellingen van de webbrowser kunnen cookies worden uitgezet.

De organisatie maakt gebruik van Google Analytics om inzicht te krijgen in het gebruik van de website. Uitsluitend om gebruik te maken van deze dienst van Google, wordt deze informatie, inclusief IP adres, aan Google verstrekt. Via de website worden ook cookies geplaatst van Google in het kader van de dienst Google Analytics. De organisatie heeft op geen enkele manier invloed op wat Google met de op deze manier verkregen informatie doet.

Sociale netwerken

Op onze website staan knoppen die zijn gekoppeld aan sociale netwerken zoals Twitter, Instagram, Youtube en Facebook. Via deze knoppen kunnen de betreffende sociale netwerken cookies plaatsen. De betreffende sociale netwerken zijn verantwoordelijk voor het gebruik en de verstrekking van gegevens die op deze manier worden gebruikt. Hiervoor zijn privacyverklaringen van de betreffende sociale netwerken van toepassing

Bewaring

Op het moment worden persoonsgegevens opgeslagen in ons online registratiesysteem. Dit systeem is verbonden aan een online host die wettelijk verplicht is om de bij hen gestelde gegevens veilig te stellen voor bijvoorbeeld datalekken. De verkregen persoonsgegevens worden via het  online registratiesysteem onbeperkt bewaard, tenzij de bezoeker verzoekt om verwijdering van diens opgeslagen gegevens.

Inzage en correctie

Bezoekers kunnen via hun account inzage krijgen in de in het registratiesysteem opgeslagen (persoons)gegevens en deze zo nodig zelfstandig wijzigen. Het verwijderen van gegevens kan worden aangevraagd middels een schriftelijk verzoek aan info@abunaicon.nl . Een verzoek tot ontzegging van het gebruik van jouw gegevens kun je tevens naar dit mailadres sturen.

Wijzigingen

De organisatie behoudt zich het recht voor om wijzigingen aan te brengen in dit privacy statement. De bezoekers worden geadviseerd om met regelmaat het privacybeleid te bestuderen ten aanzien van wijzigingen. Als die wijzigingen wezenlijk zijn, zal de organisatie de bezoekers hiervan duidelijk op de hoogte brengen.
