To make your stay with a disability at Abunai! as enjoyable and comfortable as possible, we have several accomodating options at our convention.

Bag Permit

If you need to use medication that you need to have with you at all times, please send an email to info@abunaicon.nl to request a bag permit. You may be asked to fill in a form and/or provide additional information or verification. 

You can pick up bag permits at the information desk during the convention. Once inside make sure to clip the badge to your bag where it is clearly visible. 

Dietary Issues

If you have a special diet for medical reasons, please contact info@abunaicon.nl. You may be asked to fill in a form and/or provide additional information or verification. 

The hotel offers a wide selection of options for all types of diets. This goes for breakfast and the diner buffet. If you want to make use of these options or require more information, please contact NH Koningshof directly.

There is a variety of vegetarian options available at our convention. Please note that it is not allowed to bring your own food to the convention grounds. For more information, please consult our Convention Policies (Huisregels).

Guide Dogs

It is prohibited to bring pets to the convention. If you have a guide dog (in-training), please contact info@abunaicon.nl. You may be asked to fill in a form and/or provide additional information or verification. 

Line Fatigue

If you have a medical condition that makes you unable to stand in line for extended periods of time please contact info@abunaicon.nl. You may be asked to fill in a form and/or provide additional information or verification. 

Wheelchair Accessibility

Abunai! is held in a convention center. The entirety of the convention takes place on the ground floor. Therefore everything is completely accessible by wheelchair. The hotel rooms on the first and second floor are accessible by elevators.

There are special locations reserved at the main stage for those who need a wheelchair for medical reasons. Please contact a steward before the show starts so they can accompany you to a spot inside.
