That’s not all! In the Baroniezaal, various others will attend our Matsuri with a stall and activities of their own. Be sure to check them out!

Nihon e yōkoso – welcome to Japan at Abunai! 2025! The Embassy of Japan in the Netherlands will grace the Abunai! 2025 Matsuri with their presence. Play various games and prepare for your Japan with help from their tips.

Origami Groep Eindhoven
Present on Saturday
Origami Groep Eindhoven is a community of paper folders based in and around Eindhoven. They organise monthly Origami Cafés (free and open to everyone), yearly origami weekends, and other events to share the joy of folding with people of all ages.
During the Matsuri, they will display beautiful origami models and fold together with anyone who would like to fold something fun. For more information about the group, visit origamigroepeindhoven.nl.

Matsuri Stamp Rally
The Abunai! 2025 Matsuri has a humble lil’ stamp rally for you to complete!
Entering is completely free. To participate, pick up your stamp rally card at a Matsuri stall of choice. Complete the activities found at the Matsuri and collect 5 stamps.
Once you’ve collected 5 stamps, hand in the stamp rally card to our team at Matsuri stall of choice. You’ll receive an exclusive Abunai! 2025 button as a reward.
You can participate in any of the Matsuri activities listed below without entering the stamp rally!
Abunai! 2025 Matsuri Stamp Rally – Terms and Conditions
- You need to collect 5 stamps, from Matsuri stalls of your choice, on your stamp card to be eligible for any prizes.
- A full stamp card can be exchanged at any of the Abunai! Matsuri stalls for an exclusive Abunai! 2025 button.
- Prizes are not exchangeable for money.
- Stichting Abunai! can withhold prizes if the player is suspected of tampering with the outcome.
- In case of any misunderstanding, disagreement, or similar issue during the event, Abunai! staff will have the final say. The results are not open for discussion.

Goldfish Scooping
Fake goldfish are used in this game.
Goldfish scooping is a traditional Japanese matsuri game where players scoop goldfish with a special scooper. Can you catch them all?

Non-edible candy is used in this game.
Carve out a shape out of (non-edible) candy!

Kaiju Prik
A Kaiju twist on the classic Dutch children’s game ‘Ezeltje Prik’ (Pin the tail on the donkey).

Photobooth
Pretend to be a kaiju using our photobooth set up!
