The weather forecast shows us that it is going to be extremely warm during the weekend of Abunai! It is possible that we will reach 30 degrees on Friday. Therefore we advise you to plan accordingly. Please make sure you have plenty of water with you. Items like a sun hat or cap might be a good idea to prevent getting a heat stroke while waiting in line before the convention opens.
There will be cooled water taps available at several points inside the venue itself. Outside NH Koningshof will assist our line management efforts to redirect the waiting line across shaded areas and out of the sun as much as possible. In addition they will be selling refreshments outside. If you have a very warm cosplay, like a fur suit, it might be best if you change into your cosplay after you are inside. We provide dressing rooms on site.

As an additional measure NH Koningshof will arrange a water tap point outside where running water can be tapped. This will be free of charge. There will be some plastic cups, but try to bring your own (refillable) water bottle if possible.
